Let's talk about books.
Whatever you're writing to us about, a real human reads it. We try to reply within a week.
Manuscript submissions
We read short proposals year-round. Send a one-page pitch, a chapter outline, and 5,000 words.
submissions@knowledgeflowbooks.comReader queries
Anything else — a question about a book, a missing order, a kind word.
hello@knowledgeflowbooks.comWhat to send with a submission
We acquire serious non-fiction across science, philosophy, business, history, and the craft of becoming better. We're drawn to writers who have lived with their subject for years and can explain it without jargon. If that sounds like you, send a short, thoughtful proposal — not a finished manuscript.
- A one-page pitch describing the book and the reader it's for.
- A chapter-by-chapter outline (one paragraph per chapter is plenty).
- A sample of around 5,000 words — your strongest pages.
- A short bio and links to anything you've published or built.
- Comparable titles and why your book belongs beside them.
Send everything as a single PDF to submissions@knowledgeflowbooks.com. We read on a rolling basis and reply to every serious proposal, usually within four to six weeks.
Press, rights & bulk orders
Journalists and reviewers can request galleys, interviews with our authors, or cover art. Foreign publishers, translators, and audio partners can write for rights availability across territories. Schools, libraries, and companies ordering 20 copies or more receive tiered pricing and free shipping inside India.
Reach us at press@knowledgeflowbooks.com with the publication, deadline, or order size, and we'll route it to the right editor.
A note on response times
We're a small team that publishes a handful of books each year, so our inbox is read by editors, not bots. If you haven't heard back in two weeks for general queries or six weeks for submissions, please do nudge us — it usually means the email got buried, not ignored.
