These Terms govern your use of knowledgeflowbooks.com ("the Site"), operated by Knowledge Flow Books, an imprint of Itorzo Publications. By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

You may browse the Site, create an account, sign up for the newsletter, and submit messages and manuscripts. You agree not to:

• Misuse, attack, or attempt to disrupt the Site
• Scrape or copy content other than for normal personal use
• Submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
• Impersonate another person or organisation

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Manuscript submissions

By emailing a submission to submissions@knowledgeflowbooks.com, you confirm that:

• The work is your original creation, or you have the rights to submit it.
• We may read and evaluate it. We do not acquire any rights to your work simply by receiving it. Any publishing arrangement is set out in a separate, signed contract.
• We may not be able to respond to every submission, and similar ideas may be developed independently — sending a submission does not create any obligation on our part.

4. Books and purchases

Books listed on the Site are sold via third-party retailers (Amazon, Apple Books, Google Play, Kobo, Bookshop.org, etc.). Their terms, pricing, shipping, and returns policies apply to your purchase. Knowledge Flow Books is not a party to those transactions.

5. Intellectual property

All Site content (text, design, logos, images) is owned by Knowledge Flow Books, our authors, or our licensors, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share short quotations with attribution. Reproducing substantial portions requires written permission.

6. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party retailers and external sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Knowledge Flow Books and Itorzo Publications shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the principal place of business of Itorzo Publications. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
